- You must log into IC the morning of advisory to check which class you are attending because you may have been moved or rearranged.
- Write your advisory location in your planner. You are not allowed to take your phone out during passing periods to check.
Advisory Sign Ups
Advisory classes at Charlotte Wood Middle School are following a new protocol. We will be using a Responsive Scheduling program which enables students to sign themselves up for a particular class they want to attend or be assigned to a class requested by a teacher.
Please help your student log into their Infinite Campus portal and sign up for Advisory sessions each week making note of the timeline and deadlines below.
Regular Week Schedule
Saturday: Tues. Advisory classes are available for sign ups
Sunday: Tues. Advisory classes are available for sign ups
Monday: Tues. Advisory classes are available for sign ups & Thursday Advisory classes are available for sign ups
Tuesday: Check location of advisory for today & Thursday Advisory classes are available for sign ups
Wednesday: Thursday Advisory classes are available for sign ups (last day)
Thursday: Check location of advisory for today
Block Week Schedule
Sunday: Sign ups open

Tuesday: Sign ups open- Last day to sign up for Weds.

- Hover over students
- Click quick links
- Click Infinite Campus Portal Login
- Log into IC
- username: cw.jbieber
- Password: ID#12345
- Click responsive scheduling
- Select class. (If you have already been chosen by a teacher, you will see your destination at the top.)
- Click SAVE
