Important Dates
Elementary school visits: Incoming 6th grade students will visit Charlotte Wood Middle School with their current 5th grade classes to meet with our counselor and principal to learn about CWMS and receive the 6th grade elective packet.
March 5 from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. - John Baldwin Elementary & Greenbrook Elementary
March 7 from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. - Sycamore Elementary & Montair Elementary
Incoming 6th Grade Parent Night on March 19 from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. Please join us for a presentation from our principal, counselors and teachers.
6th Grade Elective Packets Due: March 22, 2019
Open House: 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. (Food Trucks available 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.)
Annual Update Open in IC: June 19
Online Registration: June 19 (check CWMS homepage)
July 16 & 23 - Math placement test for incoming 6th grade students new to SRVUSD @ Los Cerros Middle School. Check the SRVUSD website for registration.
Charger Camp (new student orientation): August 9 look for PTA invite
First Day of School!: August 13 (minimum day)

School loop registration
School Loop is the one-stop-shop for all things related to your student's academics! On School Loop you will be able to constantly check grades, homework, and upcoming tests.You will also be able to email teachers or other students. Teachers often will attach worksheets and notes for those students that happen to be absent as well. It is an AMAZING resource!
All 6th grade students will be introduced to School Loop in their classes in September and be instructed about how to register and log-in. Once they have received their log-in information, then you as a parent can register for your School Loop log-in as well.
