2024-25 Schedule Change Requests
Student class schedules for the 2nd semester will be accessible on your Campus Portal at 4:00 pm on TBD. We recommend reviewing your student's schedule Monday night as there may be changes that occur over the weekend. Your schedule is based on the courses you requested in Spring 2024. Changes requested via phone or email will not be honored. Any schedule change requests must be submitted via this form: 2024-25 CWMS Schedule Change Request Form- The counselors do not take requests via phone or email.
- You must submit one request per form; you may submit multiple forms.
- Requests for teachers and/or period changes cannot be accommodated.
Schedule changes made during the first week of school (January 7-10, 2026) will be for the following reasons only:
- A required course is missing (e.g. English is not on student's schedule)
- There is a hole in the student's schedule (e.g. Student does not have a course in 2nd period)
- Incorrect level placement (e.g. Student is enrolled in Spanish 1A, but should be in Spanish 1B)
- Dropping an elective to go from a 7-period to a 6-period day (Unscheduled 1st or 7th)
After all the above courses are changed, we may consider preference changes (e.g. I would like to take Foods-baking instead of Art)
Preference changes will not be accepted after Friday, January 10, 2026. If changes are made, the student will receive a notification from their counselor no later than TBD.
If there are immediate concerns in the classroom, as always please contact the teacher directly.
We are working on our master schedule so our response time to emails may be delayed, but we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience during this time.
