Dear 8th Grade Families,

As we approach the end of the school year, we’re excited to celebrate a major milestone for our students—their 8th Grade Promotion Party in May! This event marks the last big gathering for our kids as middle schoolers, a chance to celebrate with their friends at Charlotte Wood Middle School before they head off to high school. We want to make it a night they’ll always remember, and we need your help to make it happen!

If you haven’t already, please purchase tickets for your child to attend this special event.

 

Early ticket purchases help us plan and ensure that every detail is just right.

 

Additionally, we’re looking for parent volunteers to join the effort. Whether you have a talent, skill, or business that could enhance the celebration—like catering, photography, entertainment, or decorations—your contribution would make a huge difference.

 

Finally, we’re seeking financial donations and sponsorships to help us provide an unforgettable evening for our students. Your generosity will directly support the activities, decorations, and fun surprises that will make this party truly special.
