The 8th Grade Trip to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom
The 8th grade year end trip to Six Flags is being held on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. All students will report to school at regular time (8:15 am) and report to 1st period.
Completed permission/health forms should be returned to Julie Mignano in the Counseling office no later than Friday, March 21, 2025. Please review the information in the Code of Conduct with your student as well.
Donations can be made directly through the CWMS Store or by check payable to Charlotte Wood Middle School.
Note: Donations for this activity are not mandatory for participation. However, if the total donations do not cover the cost of the trip, we will be unable to hold the trip. Since donations go to the total cost of the trip for ALL students, we are unable to issue refunds for donations.
Chaperones are needed! If interested, please visit the SRVUSD Volunteer Page. All paperwork must be completed online prior to March 21, 2025.
