Six Flags/Discovery Kingdom: Wednesday, June 4, 2025
The 8th grade trip to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. The cost is $105 per student which includes bus transportation, admission to the park and lunch. 2025 Season Pass holders cost is $70 which includes transportation and lunch.
- *Required: Signed Permission Slip/Health Form - must be returned to the Counseling office no later than Friday, March 21, 2025.
- Donations: Donations can be made by on the CWMS website HERE, cash or check payable to CWMS and submitted to Julie Mignano in the counseling office.
- Code of Conduct: Must be reviewed by parent/guardian and student.

Promotion Practice: Thursday, June 5 from 8:30 - 11:30 am.
There will be no regular school at CWMS for 8th graders on this day. Instead, students should be dropped off at Del Amigo for the promotion ceremony practice (see drop off/pick up info HERE). Please pick up your student promptly at 11:30 a.m. Carpooling is recommended. CWMS PTA will host a light breakfast for student.
Promotion Ceremony: Thursday, June 5 at 6:00 pm.
Promotion ceremony will be held at SRVHS stadium starting at 6:00 p.m. Students should arrive by 5:30 pm to line up. Boys should wear nice pants and a nice shirt. For girls, a dress, skirt, nice pants are appropriate. Spiked heels are prohibited due to the nature of the artificial turf and bleachers.
